Our experience is rooted in the trades, with founder and president Greg Oleszczuk beginning as a laborer in his teens. He started his own concrete construction company at the age of 24 with just a pickup truck, his tools, and a crew of five. We have been evolving ever since. Today, Westwind has grown to be one of the Midwest’s premiere construction companies, offering experience and expertise in a wide range of building sectors - commercial, industrial, national retail, residential, multi-family and historic renovation.
