We are proud to work with Kirk Ray and his team at McLaren Greater Lansing to help facilitate the opportunity for this new ambulatory care campus in Delta Township. Kirk and his team continue to meet the in-demand health services in this region from the new hospital close to MSU's campus, to their Imaging and Women's services in the Izzo Family Medical Center and now to Delta Township.

Sparrow Bloom is our newest tenant in the Stadium District of downtown Lansing. Bringing in custom specialty arrangements as well as one-of-a-kind local gifts and greenery, Sparrow Bloom is infusing energy into their space along East Shiawassee street. Today, we announced promotions of two of our leadership team members. Jennifer Charette has been promoted to Vice President of Operations. “We are thrilled to announce Jennifer Charette’s well-deserved promotion to Vice President of Operations. Jennifer has been a driving force in our company’s success, consistently exceeding expectations and embodying the Gillespie Group way.” said President and COO Rachel Michaud, “As we continue to grow and navigate the dynamic real estate landscape, we have full confidence in Jennifer’s ability to lead our operations to new heights.” Jennifer Charette has an impressive track record of driving operational efficiency for the Gillespie Group team for over 21 years, most recently holding the position of Director of Operations. Starting as a leasing associate at Gillespie Group in 2002, Charette worked her way to the corporate level with the ability to leverage her expertise and knowledge of the onsite experience for customers and Gillespie Group team members alike. Charette exhibits exceptional leadership, strategic thinking and dedication to best in class service fueling her promotion and leading Gillespie Group to be named Best Property Management Group in Lansing for 2023.    As Vice President of Operations, Jennifer’s focus will be in shaping and executing the company’s operational strategies for the 2.7 million square feet of managed space, overseeing day-to-day activities and driving initiatives to enhance overall organizational efficiency. Her wealth of experience and deep understanding within the industry will be instrumental in maintaining and further advancing Gillespie Group’s position as a leader in property management.

Kildea consistently demonstrates a strong commitment to excellence, innovation and collaboration. A strong ability to lead and manage projects, Kildea is an invaluable asset to Gillespie Group. He is instrumental in helping to successfully navigate the complexities of project development, ensuring each undertaking aligns with the company’s core values and meets the highest standards of quality. Kildea’s strategic thinking, dedication and collaboration approach continue to make a significant impact on Gillespie Groups success in delivering outstanding developments.   In Jason’s new role as Vice President of Development, he will assume greater responsibilities in steering the overall development strategy, and in driving the successful execution of projects from inception to completion. Jason brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record of delivering high-quality developments that align seamlessly with Gillespie Group’s commitment to creative solutions and excellence.

Tricia Walthorn has been promoted to the position of Chief Financial Officer. Walthorn previously held the Director of Finance role with the firm, has a proven track record of leading Gillespie Group through its nearly 200% growth since joining the team in 2010. During her tenure, Walthorn has led the organization thru complex financing, tax and incentive executions, accounting and property management software migrations, portfolio acquisitions/dispositions, and has helped the firm revamp policies and procedures to scale efficiency and maximize overall growth. As CFO, Walthorn will continue to lead the firm through the execution of its growth strategies around development, financing, acquisition, asset management and technology advancement. “Tricia has been a key member of our finance team for over a decade and has been an important part in the strategy and execution of our portfolio’s success.” said Patrick Gillespie. “Her ability to accurately execute on complex transactions, while simultaneously achieving stakeholder objectives has been the foundation of her receiving this promotion.
