The guest speaker will be Lupe Alviar Jr., a founding member of Vietnam Veterans of America (VVA) Chapter 31 in Muskegon a national VVA committee member, and a member of the Muskegon County Veteran Affairs Advisory Board. The Reeths-Puffer Middle School Band will perform under the direction of Rich Erne. The posting of the colors and a 21-gun rifle salute will be conducted by Don Rea VFW Post #8846 of North Muskegon.
