Event Description: The MCC Nursing Program is hosting a presentation on Human Trafficking to educate its nursing students on this important topic on Wednesday, Nov. 1, from 2-4 p.m. in Stevenson Center Room 1100. While no CEs are being offered for this healthcare-focused talk, the event is free and open to the public. Brenda Nordstrom, MSN, RN, a healthcare trainer from the Lakeshore Human Trafficking Task Force, is the presenter and will be bringing a guest speaker who is a survivor of Human Trafficking.
